Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has been impeached by the Illinois state government. It's the first time in the state's history that the governor has been impeached. There will be a Senate trial in Illinois to see whether or not Blagojevich should be thrown out for allegedly trying to sell President-elect Barack Obama's Senate seat.
