New Jersey Homes Underwater After Flood

The AP reports that hundreds of homes are still underwater in northern New Jersey days after a storm moved through. There are also thousands of home without electricity. Many residents are staying in shelters waiting for electricity to return and/or floowaters to submerge. Take a look:
