Eight Killed and Hostages Taken in Terrorist Attack on Tunisian Museum

At least eight people have been killed in a terrorist attack at the Bardo Museum in Tunisia. Gunmen entered the building and opened fire on tourists inside. The museum is next to the parliament building. International tourists have also been taken hostage in the attack.

BBC News is reporting that tourists from England, Italy, Spain and France are among the hostages. It is not known how many people were in the museum at the time. A CNN report says there may have been hundreds of people in the museum. Many may have escaped before hostages were taken. The Daily Mail reports that 30 people are being held hostage. Update: Reports indicate that the remaining hostages have been freed and the museum siege is over. Take a look:
